Roger Lee - Chairman

From Yorkshire, Roger started life as a credit controller within the Lonrho Empire. He spent a number of years acquiring companies before setting up his own business. In 1987 he harnessed his experience, took a change of direction into Financial Services and built up a successful pension, mortgage and insurance practice. Merging his business with Julian's he has guided the growth of Lee Associates into a leading regional practice.

Julian Martin-Redman - CEO

Julian is a qualified stockbroker and financial planner with 20 years experience, 15 of which were spent with a leading private client stockbroker in London. He was at the vanguard of developing "on-line" trading systems in the 90's and continues to have an interest in developing technology platforms for the industry. He was born and schooled in Cambridge and continues to live in the area.

Jenny Lee – Director

Jenny, Roger's wife, has been involved in the business since inception and directs all aspects of the administration function. She is a qualified Will Writer and also heads our sister company LAWS. To relax and get peace and quiet from Roger and Julian she likes to spend time working out in the gym and swimming.
