Bank of England likely to hold rates

It is likely the Bank of England will not raise interest rates today just a month after it raised them to a 6-year high, most analysts say -- but not with great conviction. After all, they were wrong footed by January\'s rise and the Bank did hike rates back-to-back exactly 3 years ago.
